Off The Grid launch
The campaign reached number three most-watched game on Twitch globally during the launch window, behind only League of Legends Worlds and IEM CS:GO. I delivered the Polish creator slate, seven talents alongside three core.
Marketing and growth operator, hands-on for ten years. Creator side and brand side, eight markets.
Since 2016 I have been building products, audiences and revenue: gaming, esports, Web3, 3D, AI, consumer brands and sport. One trajectory, numbers at every stage.
Creator era, 2016 to 2022
I started the channel at 16 and it became one of the largest Polish esports channels on YouTube. No team, no agency, no support. I wrote, filmed, edited, cut thumbnails, handled SEO and negotiated the partnerships myself. Six years later I sold the channel.
Brands I negotiated and delivered directly, as the creator
Channel started
Community, founded October 2017, still active
Founder and long-time admin. After seven years of daily moderation I recruited and trained a volunteer team and handed the group over in 2024. It has run without me since, and engagement has not dropped.
Brand campaigns have been delivered directly through the group for Red Bull and LVBet. Closed group with member approval gating against bots.
Esports, 2017 to 2022
I co-founded SEAL Esports and ran it day to day: roster decisions, people, sponsors. Four years later I was on air at the biggest CS:GO tournament in the world.
Agency era, July 2024 to April 2026
Sixty to eighty campaigns a year across eight markets in Europe, Asia and Latin America, covering launches and sustained live-service beats. I was the sole individual contributor across all of them for the first fourteen months, which meant selection, negotiation, briefing, delivery review and the performance conversation with the client were all mine.

I identified an unconventional creator fit against the safer recommendation. It produced the brand's highest single-talent ROAS in Poland over a trailing twelve months, and Plarium then committed a full month to booking Polish talents from my roster.
Lead on booking, negotiation and on-site management for 15 to 17 talents across two campaigns. Shoots in London with Jan Błachowicz and in Warsaw with Błachowicz and Joanna Jędrzejczyk. 3M+ aggregate Polish-language views.
A handful of examples out of 250 to 300 creators a year. Every campaign below ran with far more placements than are listed here. Every creator on this page went through me from A to Z: sourced, negotiated, contracted, briefed and delivered. Where a video has a timestamp, it opens at the placement itself.
On the ground
Lead on booking, negotiation and on-site management across two campaigns and 15 to 17 talents. Two shoot cities, a UFC light heavyweight champion on set, and 3M+ aggregate Polish-language views out the other end.
I ran the Polish side of the Path of Exile launch event at H40S in Warsaw, from the brief to the creator line-up, in a room full of people who actually play the game. Delivered in partnership with Stormmedia.
Built by me, on my own initiative
Clients without Polish fluency could not review Polish creator content before it went live. Nobody asked me to fix it. I designed the workflow, built it and ran it on every campaign of mine from then on, with the output going straight to clients including Plarium.

Head of Marketing, January 2023 to May 2024
Metahero was a Polish Web3 scale-up with a peak market cap above $500M. I joined during the sector-wide correction and owned brand, social, community and creator partnerships through it. The job was answering people honestly rather than posting past them.
What I took from it: an operating test for telling real campaign execution apart from spectacle, and a habit of checking founder narratives in environments with high information asymmetry.
Metahero scanning in the wild
Metahero’s photogrammetry rig, 200 cameras in a single chamber, produced the 3D avatar of Mata, one of the biggest artists in Poland. The scan carried into his music videos and the visual set of his tour.
Sasha was scanned in the Metahero chamber and the capture became a production-ready digital human, usable across games, film, advertising and virtual production. The first video is the scan itself, the second is the finished asset moving inside an Unreal Engine 5 environment.
Ulsa, co-founder, 2026
A subscription app on iOS, Android and web delivering personalised AI industry intelligence across fourteen verticals and four language markets. I owned product vision and brand identity, the editorial rules for content curation, the subscription tier architecture, unit economics, communications and the full ASO across DE, ES, PL and US.
What I actually do
Industry membership
I am a member, by invitation, of SPIM, the Association of Influencer Marketing Professionals. It is the Polish industry body for this market, set up to professionalise it: to standardise practice, define what good looks like commercially and ethically, and represent the people who actually do the work.
Its members are creators, talent managers, agency staff, marketing specialists and the largest industry organisations in Poland. For me it means two things that matter to an employer. I work to the standards the market is writing for itself rather than making them up per campaign, and when I need a creator, a manager or an agency in Poland, I am one message away from the people who can make it happen.
